Terms & Conditions
1.1 Work produced and materials utilised for work remain property of Excel Home Improvements until the amount owing by the customer is paid in full.
1.2 If progress payments are required and are not paid by the required date, work will cease and work produced and materials utilised remain property of Excel Home Improvements until the amount owing in regards to the progress payment is paid in full.
1.3 Costs incurred as a result of Excel Home Improvements seeking payments to recover debts will be at the financial expense of the customer.
